Florida Coast Cooling is here to help rebuild our community in Citrus and Hernando Counties after the devastation of Hurricane Helene. In these trying times, access to a functioning HVAC system is more than a convenience—it’s a lifeline in the relentless Florida heat. We’re proud to launch a new giveaway campaign to donate three AC units to homes that truly need them, bringing comfort and relief to those hit hardest by the storm.
How You Can Help Us Make a Difference
Do you know someone who is always kind-hearted, deserving, and in need of assistance? It could be a friend, neighbor, or family member who has been through tough times and could use some relief. We’re not looking for specific categories like veterans or teachers this year—we want to help anyone who has a genuine need for an AC system in Citrus or Hernando Counties.
All you need to do is nominate someone you feel deserves a helping hand. Our goal is to find individuals who are navigating difficult circumstances, yet still extend kindness and hope to those around them. Their primary residence must be in Citrus or Hernando County, and they must own their home.

- Submit their nomination via the link provided, including a brief explanation of why they deserve a new AC unit and how it would impact their life.
- Make sure they meet the basic criteria: they live in Citrus or Hernando County, their home is their primary residence, and they are the homeowner.
We will carefully review each nomination and select three heartwarming stories that align with our goal of helping those in need during this recovery effort.
